In 30 minutes I'll show you where your ad spend is leaking — in the ads, the landing page, or the follow-up — and what to fix first. Free. No pitch until you've seen the findings.
If any of that sounds familiar, you're not alone — and it's rarely the reason you think.
A customer has to get through three stages before they pay you. If any one of them leaks, it doesn't matter how good the other two are.
Has to reach the right person with a real reason to act.
Has to turn that interest into an enquiry — and filter out the wrong people.
Has to turn that enquiry into a paying customer, fast.
Most businesses keep fiddling with the ads — or spend more — when the real problem is further down.
Real accounts I've taken over in the last year:
Their Google Ads had no conversion tracking at all — they were spending blind. A dozen warm enquiries who'd asked for a price hadn't had one. I rebuilt the tracking, took over the follow-up, and put a starting price on the site to filter out small jobs. Their new Facebook campaigns now convert enquiries at 10.7%.
A website plugin was silently blocking every conversion from being recorded, so Google was optimising in the dark. Once fixed, we could see which pages actually worked — one converting at 2.24% against 1.44% — and moved the budget.
Their CRM was marking people as "booked" whenever they replied to a text — around 81 false bookings. The reports said things were fine. They weren't. Once fixed, we scaled spend 2.5x and real bookings nearly doubled.
None of these were "bad ads" problems.
I started in sales — including running a 20-person door-to-door team — so I look at marketing the way a salesperson does: did it make money or not?
Through Real Deal Marketing I help established businesses find out why their advertising isn't turning into customers, then build the system to fix it: ads, landing pages and automated follow-up working as one.
I'm not here to sell you more clicks.
If your campaigns are in good shape, I'll tell you. If your team can fix it themselves, I'll tell you that too. If you want help, we'll talk about it then.
Yes. You get the call and the written findings. There's no charge and no obligation.
No. The 30 minutes is a diagnosis. If there's a fit, I'll explain how I'd help — but only after you've seen what I found.
Most people I speak to do. A second opinion costs you nothing, and you can hand the findings to them.
View-only access is best and you can remove it any time. Screenshots work too.
Then you'll know, and you can look at your page and follow-up with confidence.
Service businesses, clinics, automotive, property, trades and B2B suppliers. If customers can find you online, the process is the same.
Because I review every account myself before the call.

Business owners who were already spending on ads, and now get customers from them.
Skincare supplier, home of Skinstorm
Their system was marking people as booked just for replying to a text, so the numbers looked better than they were. Once we fixed the tracking and the follow-up, we could scale the ad spend with confidence.
